How do I pay for my order? Accepted payment method

Evgie’s preferred method of payment is PayPal. PayPal provides the best security. Buyer and seller can feel fully protected.

• IF you have an account with PayPal – simply sign in
• IF you don’t have an account with Paypal – you can still use Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or E-cheque- no need to open an account with PayPal if you do not wish.
• IF you place an order via the phone or email – a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address, that you can pay at your convenience.

How fast does my order ships after payment has been accepted

Once Evgie receives full payment (same day for all payment options except E-cheque) your order will be created in 3 to 5 business days for all standard decals that do not require customization. Read our “Shipping and Delivery” section for further details.
If you are in a hurry, inquire by phone, email or live chat and you order will be shipped via express post after we receive express postage payment. There is NO “rush fee” to speed up an order, but we can only do so much. Please let us know your time constrains as soon as possible, so adequate arrangements could be made.

Are my credit card details safe?

Evgie does not receive any information about credit card or stores any sensitive information in database. All transaction details are handled by PayPal. Please refer to our “Privacy Policy” information for further details.

Sometimes shopping online can be difficult when you can’t actually hold and touch the product. You can rest assured that if any product doesn’t meet your satisfaction when you receive it, simply get in touch withing 7 days from the day you received it for a full refund or exchange. We will ask you to send the product back in the original state, not used or damaged.
