Wall Decals PRODUCTION TIME

We ship 95% of packages during 3 to 5 days. Customization and personalization might require additional time. New decals created from scratch will require longer production cycle for design and production.

DELIVERY TIME

1. Canada and USA

Flat Rate — $12
It usually takes from 4 to 7 business days for wall decals to arrive. All packages have tracking information for your convenience.

2. Europe and Australia

Flat Rate — $35
It takes 14 business days (2.5 weeks) for wall decals to arrive. There is no tracking information available for all of our overseas shipments at this time.
If your package hasn’t arrived in 14 business days – Please wait for another 5 days and if it hasn’t arrived by then, please let us know and we’ll track it down for you. Don’t worry we’ll do everything we can to ensure you get your order.

3. Everywhere else

Flat Rate –$35 will be charged as you place your order.
Please inquire on the rate and delivery time to expedite for your country.

4. Express shipping

Overnight, express, expedited shipping is available. Please inquire on rates for your region.

5. Missing items

If you think that we’ve forgotten to include some of your order please contact as directly within 10 days of receiving your order. Once you open your package make sure you have all the pieces and note the location of small details, since they might be easily lost in the discarded papers. If you still manage to lose some of the elements, we will be happy to replace at no extra charge, just pay for postage.
