Terms and Agreement
This Agreement is entered into by and between you, the site User and/or Customer (hereinafter “You”, “Your”, “User”, or “Customer”), and Evgie Inc. a corporation (hereinafter “Evgie”), located at PO Box 20034, Richmond Hill, L4E 0K9, Canada
Evgie is a manufacturer and provider of a variety of products and services, including but not limited to, graphic design and consulting services, installation services, and vinyl decals products for use indoors and outdoors for decorative, display and marketing purposes, for both businesses and consumers.
1. Payment Policy
Payment for the products should be made by Credit Card or PayPal. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must first be received by Evgie Inc. prior to the latter’s acceptance of an order. A custom order may be invoice separately. The Evgie Inc. has all the discretion to cancel or deny orders. The Evgie Inc. is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any material offer by Evgie Inc. and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.
If You are purchasing Product(s) from Evgie, You guarantee that (a) any credit card information You supply is true, correct and complete, (b) charges incurred by You will be honored by Your credit card company, and (c) You will pay the charges incurred by You at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes. In the event that Evgie receives a notification of a credit card dispute and/or chargeback initiated by the Customer and Evgie believes all charges are legitimate and not fraudulent, Evgie will gather necessary information and documents to contest the claim.
2. Refund, Return and Exchange Policy
We make all of our decals locally and do not outsource any parts of the process overseas. We make all orders according to your specifications, if no note has been left at the time of purchase we will create and ship the default item. In the event that you would like to exchange or return any part of your order, please review our policies below.
All of your purchases at Evgie are covered by our 60 days money back guarantee. You are covered for a full 60 days from date of purchase. If You are not 100% satisfied with the product it can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and fees. The product must be unused and in resalable condition. There are items that are ineligible for return that include wedding/event/dance floor decals, and items that are clearly intended for a one-time event that has since passed as well as custom orders. Return shipping is not covered by Evgie. Undeliverable orders returned to Evgie will be refunded less shipping and a may be re-shipped at customers expense.

Exchanges can only be authorized within 90 days of original purchase date.
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by an Evgie Team Member, an RMA# will be issued at that time.
Make sure RMA# is clearly marked on the box.
The authorization will only be granted to the original purchaser. Item or parts of an item can only be exchanged a total of 1 time, within 90 days of the original purchase date OR returned a total of 1 time, within 60 days of the original purchase date. Orders returned without a prior authorization cannot be processed or refunded. Parcel must be sent back within seven (7) business days from the date of authorization.
If a replacement/exchange is authorized, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the replacement decal. All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
We do not except packages sent back via UPS, please use USPS, local post, Fedex, Purolator. You may send your product back via any of those methods, however, we recommend that all returns and exchanges be shipped back using a trackable/traceable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. All returns and exchanges must be clearly marked as a “Return of Canadian goods back to the shipper due to…” please give a reason of return or exchange. The most commons are – wrong colors, damaged goods, unsatisfactory performance. Any duties and taxes will be transferred to You.

If a customer refuses delivery as a method of returning the product, any fees associated with arranging delivery by the shipping provider as well as any other fees incurred will be deducted from the refund issued to the customer.
3. Cancellation Policy
All regular orders may be canceled within 48 hours. All cancellations must be authorized by a Evgie Team Member. Custom orders of any kind may be cancelled at the proof stage, the proof preparation will be deducted from the payment.
4. Processing Policy:
As all of our products are made to order, our standard processing time for our products to be manufactured and sent out to you is 3-7 business days.
Provide custom colors and dimensions with your order and we will tailor any of vinyl wall stickers to fulfill your requirements. Please note, that customization may extend production phase and add an additional time before your product is shipped.
COLOR CHANGE are available at no additional charge. Please remember to choose ONE single color FOR ONE another single color. All elements in one particular color can be swapped to any other color. If you’d like to change only one certain object to another color but not the other objects that come in that color – there might be a small set up fee applied.
We send three (3) freebies of one (1) monkey, one (1) dog, one (1) elephant as a little appreciation present for you to use or pass to friends and family. Freebies cannot be customized; they come in standard colors and cannot be created in colors of your chose. We can send you any 3 items of your choice; just let us know what you prefer. Test decal is supplied with every order for your convenience. Please use it prior installation to get familiar with the process and material.
Rush processing is available for a 15% surcharge and guarantees that your order is manufactured and sent out no later than the next business day. Rush processing does not include or replace expedited shipping.

5. Shipping Policy:
Please allow 1-7 business days in Canada and 4-7 business days in the U.S. for Your order to be delivered. Allow from 15 business day to 25 business days for international delivery.
Evgie is not responsible for any customs fees. Evgie ships Your item at a true value and it is up to Your local government to charge proper tax for imported goods.
Evgie is not responsible for delays in delivery once order has been shipped. As we have no control over delivery times no refunds will be provided for late delivery, unless customer paid for Express service. This includes local delivery errors as well as international customs issues.
All Evgie orders are shipped according to the information supplied by the customer. If a package is not delivered due to an error made by the customer in submitting improper shipping information, Evgie will reship the package at the customer’s expense.
If a few delivery attempts have been made to deliver the package by the shipping company, and it is returned to Evgie, the package will be re-sent at the customer’s expense.
If customer wishes to cancel the order after it has been shipped, all return policies will apply.
Any fees incurred as a result of the package being returned to sender will be deducted from the refund issued.

Free Shipping Promotions – Orders returned that included free shipping will be refunded less a shipping charge
Risk of loss – All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to You upon our delivery to the carrier. We will however, offer all our support to uncover the lost package and will not leave You without a decal. Arrangements are made on case per case bases.
6. Discounts and Promotions
Discounts and Promotions may be offered at the sole discretion of Evgie. Evgie will provide specific terms and conditions for each promotion. Please note, discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Sale items are not subject for further discount. Make sure you specify in the notes of your order which Promotion you would like to apply. We reserve a right to refund only to those who select the specific promotion. Vinyl wall stickers that require customization cannot apply promotions (other than free shipping) unless otherwise discussed.
Resellers and wholesalers do not qualify for any promotional discounts.
7. Product pricing
The List Price displayed for all of our products are true representation of the shown illustrations. No hidden fees will apply for our standard items. No extra charges will apply for all of our decals, except when modifications and customizations are requested. The Listed Price is for the Large, whole wall decals, of the proper size indicated at the size chart of each item. All the colors presented are included in the price and will not be charged separately. Review our information on customization and proof preparation to understand charges that may occur during customization.
We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered in our website is not as described, Your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
9. Use of the site & PROHIBITIONS
The Site allows You to shop online. However, You are prohibited to do the following acts, to wit: (a) use our sites, including its services and or tools if You are not able to form legally binding contracts, are under the age of 18, or are temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our sites, services, or tools (b) collecting information about users’ personal information; (c) maneuvering the price of any item or interfere with other users\’ listings; (d) take any action that may damage the rating system.
For You to complete the sale on the Site, You must provide Your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other information needed in order to complete the process. You must qualify that You are 18 years or older and must be responsible for all activities. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
The content, all our illustrations, photographs, organization, graphics, design, compilation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, resell, use or publication by You of any such matters or any part of the Site, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site.
11. Limited Right to Use
The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants You only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by You for Your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, illustration form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical.
13. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Program or any products sold and offered in our website (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing, or trade usage). In addition, we make no representation that the operation of our site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors. This site and its information, contents, materials, products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. You should understand and agree that your use of this site is at Your own risk.
14. Force Majeure
Evgie shall not be liable in any respect for failure to ship or for delay in shipment of Products pursuant to accepted orders where such failure or delay shall have been due wholly or in part to the elements, acts of God and/or nature, acts of Customer and/or User, acts of civil or military authority, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, armed hostilities, riots, strikes, lockouts, breakdown, differences with workers, accidents to machinery, delays in transportation, delays in delivery by a materials supplier or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of Evgie. Upon such occurrence, Evgie shall notify Customer and/or User as soon as practicable of such inability and of the period for which such inability is expected to continue.
We are happy to accommodate any sale you decide to place trough Etsy Store rather than directly in store.
